We are saddened to announce the death of Richard James Scott, loving brother, uncle, cousin and friend, on May 27. 2023.
Born in Nokomis, Saskatchewan, on April 2, 1953, Richard is survived by his brothers, Doug [Julie] and Gerald (Sharon) and his sisters Lynn Bayne (Garth), Patricia Scott and Kathryn Hodgins (Lin), Elaine Byrne, cousins and friends.
He is predeceased by his grandparents, Tracy and Ella Wallbridge of Govan, and Thomas and Edith Scott of Glen Ewen, his parents Reginald and Gladys Scott of Hatfield, brothers Robert and Ken and sister Shanne, as well as his maternal and paternal aunts and uncles.
Burial will be in Govan Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled by Victoria Avenue Funeral Home, Regina.
If you wish, in lieu of flowers, Richard's request was that donations be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
